Loot by airtel
on 25.05.2012 i got my SMS pack for Rs.55 activated on autorenewal. On 14.06.2012 my services were discontinued abruptly. Thinking that may be the SMS quota has finished I again reactivated the sms pack through *555#. Rs 55/- were deducted on 15.06.2012 from my balance, but neither calls nor sms were started. On enquiry through 121 i got to know that my services expeired on 13th June 2012. on 17th june i got my services after paying Rs. 42/- both sms and calls were again started. On 18th again my services have been discontinued. I m getting message that sms barred on this number. I want to know that 1. if the services/validity was expiered on 13th June how Airtel deducted Rs 55/ from my balance through *555#, while lot of amount was balance in my earlier sms pack. 2. why the sms services were not started even after charging Rs. 55/- on 15.06.2012. 3. even after getting the services/validity extended after paying Rs 42/- and Airtel having deducted tha sms Pack amount twice my sms has been barred on 18.06.2012. No services are available on date. Should we think that either airtel has started cheating the customers in this way or not capable enough to manage the business. You cusatomer care had been very very unproffesional, that lady simply cut the phone without listening to the problem. Should I go to the consumer court and the court ask u the full details of my complaint. please take corrective action or as a greived customer I will haver to decide 1. to terminate all my families connections of airtel and 2. to approach consumer court for this cheating of airtel . I hope u will expedite. My mexy mail shall be to ur CMD if not redressed.
