[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid Mobile Services — Sim Card Registered On Wrong Name | |||
As mentioned above Mmy name is Sagar D Ghantode. I was using SIM Card of Airtel Services since 3 yrs. Unfortunately i've lost my cell phone along with SIM Card. After visiting Airtel Gallery i came 2 know tht the number i was using is registered on another name. So tht i culdn't get my old number back. I've paid for the services and i'm not able 2 get services from them. I've all necessary documents to prove my points. Plz help me out. I went to Airtel gallery and resubmitted documents after which my number named by my name. /when people Google my name they find this raised complaint and make negative opinion about me. So i want this complaint to be removed asap.. | |||

Airtel Prepaid Mobile Services — deduction of money withot any use
Dear sir/madamI am a prepaid subscriber of Airtel mobile services. my mobile no is ([protected]).It is having life time validity. This is to bring your kind notice that around Rs. 40 has been deducted from my balance in the last four (4) months without any usage ..i want to say that that i have not subscribed any other service neither I am aware of the so called service for which Rs.40 has been deducted.
kindly look into the matter immediatetly.

and refund me my hard earned money ASAP so that i can remain connected with AIRTEL

Airtel Mobile Service — detected balance rs 40
money from my account has been dectected from my account today rs 40Without using the any service
When i call the executive he will tell to resolve the problem but no response recived

I am a prepaid subscriber of Airtel mobile services. my mobile no is [protected] and according to the offer on request *121# I recharege my account with 49 rupees for 320 ata local calls for day and 49 night calls on dated 11 06 2011 but till now my account has not credited by airtel for 320 local calls. i am suffring from last 6 days. i had to contact with customer care for many time by this no. and [protected] my request refrance no. is cBNRA [protected]. but instead to solve the problem the executive stop 198 and121 service from both nos.AND now i am disable to contact with cc. so i request to u please solve my avobe problems. thank u vijay kumar

Dear sir/madam my prepaid mobile no. [protected] has been recharge in 100 rupees and got a msg 86 rupee balance but after 1 hour my mobile balance is 0: when i have contact to customer care no proper response and he told your balance is detected net suffring but i have not gprs activated this no nor net suffring so why my balance is detected pls help me. AirTel — Wrong Name in the mobile no.
Dear Consumer Forum,I have taken a airtel no [protected] in the month on June 09 When i received the bill, it was billed on the name of my company SBI life insurance co ltd. I requested the airtel company many times, by visiting their distributor as well as sending them emails, but still they have not corrected the name. I am afraid that they have changed the application form and my signatures too. Also today i again received bill for the current month also in the name of my company.
I have been requesting them to provide me the copy of application form, which they denied.
Kindly support in the matter.
