unauthrised charges on prepaid no9871886960

I am airtel prepaid mobile customer mobile no 9871886960.The service provider without my consent started service called aarti without my consent .
As usual they have started deducting money from my account.Airtel people are number one to do this type of acts among all service providers.My request to authorities to take action against person responsible and refund the money already deducted and stop deducting money from my account
