[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Services unavailable | |||
Dear Sir, I am currently using Airtel Prepaid (Mobile#:[protected] and [protected]). For the past two days we have been unable to use any of the services (no incoming or outgoing). Airtel has not mentioned anything about this downtime. There has been no update on when the issue is going to be resolved or any status update. Being one of the biggest providers there should have been a public notice issued. This displays very poor ownership on Airtel's part. We have just been waiting for the services to be up. Within my family we have a total of 7numbers and all o[censored]s just waiting for our services to be restored. Our frustration is just building up and we are seriously considering porting out.
