Airtel Prepaid — DEDUCTING OFFERS CHARGES WITHOUT CONSUMER KNOWLEDGE

Airtel is been deducting money from prepaid cards account without the customer knowledge. This has happened 4 times with me and i have lost more than 100 rupees.

Number which i am complaining is [protected].

The Airtel funda is very simple.They deduct the charges in name of certain services which is been activated on your card.But actually these services are been activated without customer knowledge.When you call the customer care the executive are ruthlessly answering your complaints.The consumer is been taken on ride of his hard earned money.

When will Airtel stop doing this or else it will disintegrate one day by making consumer fool.
