[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — balance and arrangement of the airtel customer care (escalation officer) | |||
I am using the number [protected]. this is my additional number which i do not use regularly and each time i insert this card and start using it its balance is reduced by 50 to 100 rupees due to activation of some or other service. Then i have to call those arrogant customer care executive and talk with them just to here that we can not give you the refund and all. after convincing them for so many times they give me the refund. this time also same thing happened. I haven't used the mobile for so many days and after starting it i found that the balance is reduced by almost 25 Rs. when i talked with customer care escalation officer (Mr Jitendra Kotwal), he said "we can not refund the amount. Do whatever you want to. Its not our fault that you do not use the number regularly. You need to check it regularly. And he was so confident that the service was activated by us. We haven't used it then how can we activate the service." These guys should be shamed of doing such things. Each time i start using this card i come to know about some service. Airtel is hope less and should be penalized for such things. Please help me in this.
