Airtel Prepaid Service - Deduction of unwanted money from airtel Prepaid account

On 20 Aug 12 i am having about 57.80 rupees in my account and after one hour when i was calling from my phone balance was less about 1.2 rupees only. When i given a call to Customer care they had told me that net charges is being deducted. Although i was having about 22 MB left in my account net balance valid up to 20 Aug12 and after that at 0915 i recharged my account with 98 net pack on20 Aug 12. Kindly look in to the matter .as unwanted charges are being deducted from prepaid account.

Necessary action to be taken against defaulters.

Consumer Court should take necessary action.

hi
yesterdy i got a message that 18 rupee has been deducted from your account for downloading "border war enemy".
but i did downloded it even i dont knoe where this lik was there .
so i request you to reimburse the amount to my airtel no ...9677064304 (chennai region ) soon.
becuse this is keep on happening since i bought the sim and every time i called customer care but they do not provide proper solution. is this airtel service all about
