To the Senior Manager/Director of Airtel Service Provider Dear Sir/Madam, With regards to the Airtel Customer Service contact no# 121 from any airtel mobile is applicable to all your airtel using customers. But unfortunately, I am one of the airtel prepaid subscriber from past one month i am unable to connect to your airtel customercare number. This is very disappointing for one of your subscribers. Since airtel being a good customer service provider this has become a major drawback in your service. So I would like to register a complaint for this and request to take strict action against this for not providing proper service to customer. Even after visiting your airtel branches in different areas of Bangalore, no proper response given. So please check and revert with feedback for the same at the earliest. Airtel — Unable to contact customer care No,s.
Hello sir/madamI have given a lot of request for unable to contact customer care executive on both the no,s.(198 and
121). more than 15 to 20 days has passed for this problem and result is they
are unable to fix this problem.
I am facing a lot of problem due to this and it's been a very long
time.But they don't give any suitable response.
So, I request you please look into this matter and do something regarding this problem.
