Airtel — Can't contact 121
I have been trying to contact 121 and[protected] for lodging a complaint about by broadband modem.After a long wait and hearing a lot of offers and bill info I go through the whole gamut and reach the BB complaint.The recorde voice tell me to press 9 so that I can talk to a Customer care Executive. At this point the phone always hangs up. I have made as many as 15 20 calls since last three days from mobile.Landline and other mobileAnyone with any ideas short of giving a Dharna
my sms not sent but sms are come to my friends and outgoing call are also activated

Airtel Sim — CUSTOMER CARE
I have to the customer care for new offers in which the STD calls can be 1 rupee.He told me to do a recharge of 450, in which you can use 34 rupees voucher to make the std 1 rupee per minute.But after getting recharged i was not able to use the STD package (34 rupees).when i asked them they told that we are sorry, such type of facility is not available on your mobile.Such type of worst advice ihave got from your customer care.can you help me in this problem.Is there any way so that i can use the STD package in my mobile.
