Dear Airtel Service Team, Hi, I am Murugan Kasirajan from Kadambur, Tuticorin District having prepaid connection No.[protected] bought from Raju Cell Zone, Coimbatore. today I lost my mobile, i want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK the Sim card. Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). AirTel — Lost SIM - PREPAID
On 15.6.10 Complained and applied for New SIM for the lost Mobile No. [protected] at AIRTEL Customer Relationship Centre at Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I was assured to get activation in 48' Hours, ie., by 17.6.10 at 1.30pm. Now the time is 4.51pm. It is painful to note that till this second I have not received Activation. Kindly help me in this regard.
