Airtel Prepaid — unreasonable and uninformed deductions | |||
Respected Sir, I am airtel prepaid customer with mobile number [protected]. Rs. 100 was deducted from my account on[protected]. I called 121 and they told me that my blackberry plan is active from[protected] and every week Rs.100 has been deducted. But I did not activated the plan on[protected]. Moreover, no message was sent to me from airtel regarding plan activation or reactivation. When I connected 7070, they told me that I had requested for plan on[protected] but I want to tell thatat that time money was once deducted but was again credited on[protected] as there was some problem from airtel with blackberry 9530 set and they were unable to activate the service. Then also they fail to explain how on[protected], after 15 days, they reactivated the plan without any request and any information sms. If the plan was activated from[protected], it must be reactivated on[protected] and not on 17th. I am feeling cheated and want all my 3 deductions of 100 rs each back, done on 17,24 and[protected].
