[Resolved] Airtel — Reduced Validity period | |||
Hi, I feel there lies a large mismatch between what Airtel promises and what it delivers, As discussed with the customer care department my Airtel DTH services validity should not have been reduced by 45 days through which I am incurring a loss of approx. Rs. 500/-. Is this the way Airtel wants to serve and retain a 4 year long customer relationship?????? If customer ‘s value of money and accurate delivery is not their motto please let me know.
