[Resolved] Airtel — regarding balance deduction | |||
Sir, I have Airtel mobile services they are deducting my balance again and again kindly help me I am feeling mentally harass with this type of deductions,Airtel Company persons are also not providing any assistance regarding this issue. dear sir,
airtel mobile compony has cut my mobile balance three time as follows
1-on 21/07/11 rupees 60
2-on23/07/11 rupees 98
3-on 26/07/11 rupees 70
when i contact costomer care he told me that i use internet service and miss guide me,
but during this period my net service was already blocked by the componey then how can i use the service.
sir, you are requested to take necessary action against the airtel to refund my money.

i am a airtel prepaid mobile user. i had cancelled airtel music portal subscription service on 5-Nov-10. But till date(17-N0v-10), Rs5.0 is getting deducted everyday in the name of this service. i have tried calling airtel customer care lot of times but they are not able to help me. I would like to stop them from deducting rs5.00 everday from my account and also credit back me the earlier deducted amount.
