[Resolved] Airtel — Adding channel and tuning dish position for adding channels | |||
I have registered complaint on 7th April 2011 through my mobile by sent add channels for my kid (for summer holiday) and 8th April 2011 again i loged complaint over customer care[protected] Airtel CC, and they gave complaint request id and they said, engineer will come within 24hrs and solve the promblem they said and almost till date i'm calling and they are telling the same message that within 24hrs our engineer will come..... i don't know really Airtel Customer care.... know or not what is meaning of 24hrs...? and they deducted amount from my accout for adding channels......
