some days earlier i had encountered a problem where these people actually activated some sort of service that i never asked for, i stay in roaming all the time and then these people started deducting money out of my prepaid balance. i had to call up my parents to actually ask them to shut that down and give me my money back, the reference number to that complaint is [protected]. secondly they started giving me updates on ipl without even me asking for that and AGAIN they started deducting the money off my account, then again i had to call them and get it shut, me being in roaming has to call them spending RS1.50/minute. to which the first five minutes i have to bang my head against the wall talking to the computer. now again recently they gave me a service matrimony for three days on trial bases to which i paid no attention and again they made it a permanent feature without asking me, i am really tired of them and the way their lousy stupid employers behave when you go to the office for any complaint. who are probably uneducated brats kept to pay them less salary as i suppose MR. MITTAL is broke now may be because of the depression and now he's started a side business too, which not being telecom is to loot people. that is what he's certainly done with me.
i want an explanation to that effect as soon as possible and this time be ready to face the consequences if my queries are not answered to
