[Resolved] Airtel / SIM Card — Dysfunction of Sim Card | |
My mobile no. is [protected], My Airtel Sim Card gives message in my mobile hand set as " Sim Card Broken" and Incoming and Outgoing has been stopped from that number. Actually Sim Card is not Physically BROKEN neither there are any scratches found on the Sim, suddenly this disfunction started from the Sim. Airtel says they will replace my Sim but will charge Rs.50/- from me as this Sim is not working. My Question is why I should pay Rs.50/- for replacement of Sim, as this fault is of Company's Sim which is not working by its default. They should replace me free of charge.
