[Resolved] Airtel — Resubmit Of document [protected] | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam Its Sanjit Sutradhar a subscriber of Airtel. I am Using [protected] sim for two years, when I took this connection I submitted all required documents. Now after two year I am getting a service message that again I have to submit the documents. I write to Nodal Officer of Airtel, She revert a mail saying (complain no[protected] in case of non receipt of documents, the Outgoing and Incoming services will be blocked in 3 days. Further, the number will be temporarily deactivated within 3 days; from the day number has been blocked. The problem is I live in a village there is no Airtel store and the Owner of the outlets don't want to take our document.the nearest Airtel store (Siliguri) is near about 120km away of my home, so its not possible to submit documents again, other hand the nodal officer saying the service will be stopped, so please look in this..
