[Resolved]  Airtel — money not refunded

My mobile # is [protected]. Airtlel activated a game on my mobile without my consent and this brought to my notice after 3 days and I called on customer service and they told me this will de-activated and will refund the money which they deducted for 4 days at the rate of Rs. 5 per day but nothing have been refunded and I called today on their customer service twice and they disconnected my call and then barred me to call on their customer service. This is really pathetic and I am not worried about my Rs. 20 but the level of service they are providing that is really disgusting.

I had a postpaid connection, my mobile no was [protected] at Agra
I have surrended my mobile on 23rd june 2008 at Agra cell phone, kamla nagar Agra.
But till now my total refundable amount is not refunded also they have froadly activated my account while I have a written surrender application also I have submittet my sim card at that store at surrender time.
Sir, why my security money and extra payment money is not returned me.
Pls give me back my claim and stop billing of that no which I have already surrended. Its more than 2 months gone, Pls clear my account soon.

An Airtel agent came to my house and promised a broadband connection within 2 weeks and asked me to issue a cheque for Rs 799. I issued a cheque from my citibank account (cheque No 336984) which was deposited in Airtel's account on 4 June 2011. Later the agent told me that I would not get the connection, so I asked for a refund of my money. I have called the agent several times but he just promises me that the money will be refunded. I have been chasing him for more than a month.

Please help.

I would like to know the status of my complaint. You said that my complain has been resolved, but you have not given me any details of the resolution. I haven't received my money back yet.

Had placed an order online for a no frills installation of airtel DTH,but when the so called site engineers came they started demanding money for the cable .i requested them to cancel the connection but they are yet to refund the amount . If you call the customer care they will ask your permission to transfer the call and then cancel the line .
I wanted to put rate cutter online for Rs. 235. My Airtel number is [protected]. But unknowingly I recharged a different number [protected]. This happened on the 3rd of this month, at 09:27 am. I called the Airtel customer care service for 2 days with no result. Initially they said they would resolve and help me give me back my recharge but then they said it can't be done. Please do help. I request you.

On 01 April 2015, I tried to recharge my Airtel ([protected]) with Rs. 348 (3gb of 3G). In spite of the fact that Rs. 348 was debited from my SBI Account, the 3 GB data wasn't correspondingly credited. I got an sms which says:
" Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 348.00 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference".

So, I urge Airtel to refund the debited amount at the earliest.

On 01 April 2015, I tried to recharge my Airtel ([protected]) with Rs. 348 (3gb of 3G). In spite of the fact that Rs. 348 was debited from my SBI Account, the 3 GB data wasn't correspondingly credited. I got an sms which says:
" Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 348.00 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference".

So, I urge Airtel to refund the debited amount at the earliest.

I have done a recharge of 88 to avail a sms pack for 30 days. But the sms pack was not been activated from your side. I have checked the website airtel.in before making a recharge. Either your website information is worong or you are misleading the customers. I even made a call to 198 to raise my complaint, they directly told it is your mistake and forget the money. There would be no. of similar cases to millions of airtel customers. I hope it is not a corporate strategy to make huge profit. I hope you will consider the same and refund my money as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have any questions.
