[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid validity expired | |||
Airtel No - [protected]. This number migrated from Postpaid to Prepaid on last month with lots hurdle from SmileTel, hosur and AirTel executive. After migration they asked to recharge 200Rs and few more Rs (Really, I forgot the exact amount I spent) for validation. Exactly after one month on 15th May 2010 service to my number stopped. Today, I approached one of the retail recharge location, he called to Airtel and said I need to recharge 200Rs for 2 years validity, and more surprise this number is retailer number. I don't know How my number became retailer number. Airtel wanted to Join me as business partner????. I never expected this kind of service from Airtel.If anybody had experience Please give a guidance to proceed... Was this information helpful? | |||

Of late Airtel is going crazy. They have blocked my mobile outgoing calls and asking me to recharge, though I have a balance of Rs641 and my service is a prepaid service. When I sent the email I got a reply to call 121. Actually I sent the email because I could not get throug to 121.
