[Resolved]  Airtel — very poor service

iam manikandan purchased dth from airtel in 2009 at present in was not working due to bad signal ienquired in thillainagar office they gave customer care no 12150 when i call to this no there is no proper response i don't know what to do with my dth weather to throw or to keep safely in my locker in our town office there is no respecting the old customer according to them if the new product is sold there work is over they don't bother about the old customer or the product they sold what ashame is it company certainly not they just selling their ptroducts like vegitables sold in market so take care readers collect the releavant information before buying the airtel products

I RECD A BILL FROM AIRTEL BY E.MAIL LAST MONTH IN WHICH THEY HAVE CHARGED ME EXTRA BUT SINCE I AM CONTACTING THEM AT COSTUMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NOT CONTACTING ME FOR LAST 18 HOURS
On 09/07/09 around 9 pm I got a msg that thank you for Hellotune subscribe...
Whn i complaint that how is it possible then sumit who is that time shows for the company face said me within 4 hours you refund it...
After that no one response and fully they were disconnected my no for connecting customer care..
I dialed 121...

Kindly refund my amount Rs.10/-with connection for customer swervice...

i am a postpaid customer and using airtel ([protected]) for a long time now. recently i went to airtel Kadavanthara cochin office and wanted my postpaid connection to be converted to prepaid. the person sitting there told me to clear the dues and my place a request. I cleared all my dues and placed a request on 07 August 2009. i was told that it will take max 48 hours and i wil receieve a message that my connection is converted. he told me that i have to recharge my connection after receiving that message from customer care.till today 13 August 2009, i havent recieved any message from them and my incoming outgoing is barred. I called up several times the airtel kadavanthara office but no response. A lady sitting there even dont know how to do this connection activation. nobody receives the calls there. its very disappointing to say that airtel is providing very very poor customer service in Cochin. I am really disappointed with the services of kadavanthara office.

We had brought Airtel Dth and the cable setup was done on Monday 21 June 2010 and was told by our associate that it will be ready in 15 minutes. This never happened and further on calling the customer care we get very bad response from them buying time. A complaint was regisetered[protected]. This is not rectified in time nor till now.
I do understand that technical issues cannot be avoided but it should not take this much time to rectify the same. It is very sad that we cannot use your service even after TWO days of time.
Please stop selling your products cheaper compromising quality on them and your service.

I Alok Nagpal having the Airtel No.[protected] from last 8years,but in the month of May 2011 company disconnect my no. due to non payment. after settle my payments i was pay all the full and final amt.,but after that company dont give any positve risponse,i want to convert my no.postpaid to prepaid and also paid the convert charges,till date no body rispond,,,,pls resolve my issue..and find the full and final receipt.

I am an unfortunate customer of Airtel. I have a prepaid airtel mobile connection from the state of AP. i had activated a service called 'Special 5' while i was in the state. Right now Airtel fails to get that service cancelled in my mobile connection and they are charging Rs. 1 per day for a service i do not want. i have called their customer service in vain several times. i have written mails to their customer service as well, i have asked my friends having an Airtel connection to do the same for me. All of these efforts are just in vain.

In short the complaint is that, Airtel is charging me for a service i do not want, and they fail to give me an option of cancelling it. Poor responses for the mails and from customer care, where mostly the call gets disconnected abruptly.
I was using Idea from last 1 year but airtel offer me good corporate plan than my current. I switched my all group numbers from idea to airtel but when i see my first bill plan on airtel site then I was shocked because the plan which was committed me is not applicable to my group numbers. I gave request to airtel before 1 month but till date no plan changes has been done for my group, I think this very reticulas service of airtel due to off this i portout from airtel 1 year ago. also i registered complaint for network issue before 1 & half month i think in my home premises (Not getting proper network while i m in the home) but this complaint is also not solved yet. Even in city area i m not getting proper network coverage. Please consider this is very serious issue and try to solve as soon as possible. otherwise i have solution to port out from airtel again.
