[Resolved]  Airtel Tower — Rent Not Received

Airtel — Change add. given in 2007 and not completed till march 2009

My father is a airtel user since 2004, and on an average is paid Rs. 2000/- a month to airtel .

On 12th march 2009 suddenly their outgoing was blocked reaoson given by the airtel customers care executives that sir you had given a request of add. change in 2007 and it's not completed .

The worst customer care center i had seen in my life .

I wold like to put forward an request to have tower on land .any company can contact on [protected] or [protected]@rediffmail.com

I am the legal Licensor for the “Airtel Tower” Erected by M/S. BHARTI INFRATEL LIMITED, during December 2007.

As per Legal agreement Clause 3.1, I was receiving License fee for use of Licensed Premises used by Licensee from March 2008 till May 2009 and the License fee was with held by paying authority without any prior intimation to me ie The Licensor.

After several correspondence with BHARTI INFRATEL LIMITED ,Chennai – 28, INDUS TOWERS,Chennai – 97 and PROVENTURE PVT LTD., CHENNAI – 86 and also my personal contact at Chennai with INDUS TOWERS LIMITED CHENNAI, The above mentioned Officials released Licence fee with effect from June 2009, and I was getting regular payment till Nov. 2009.

Again Payment authorities of BHARTI INFRATEL LIMITED stopped payment from Dec. 2009 onwards without any intimation to Licensor.

After my personnel contact with INDUS TOWERS LTD., at CHENNAI. They informed me that further payments will be arranged by their COIMBATORE Branch.

But as before I was directed to contact BHARTI INFRATEL LTD H.O.So I send all the details through registered post to
1.M/s.BHARTI INFRATEL LTD.,New Delhi-30
2.M/s.BHARTI INFRATEL LTD.,Gurgaon-01
3.M/s.BHARTI INFRATEL LTD.,Chennai-28
4.INDUS TOWERS LTD,Chennai
5.PROVENTURE PVT LTD,Chennai.

Still no actions been taken from the above said authorities.
Till today I am (Licensor) safe guarding. The Airtel Tower and valuable Electronic equipments worth about crore of Rupees .
Expectin a action at the earliest.

LTD., NOW RENT IS GIVEN BY INDUS TOWER, I HAVE TALK WITH MR. PATIL, MISS. SAPANA, MR. YOGESH ( RAJKOT ) MORE THAN 10 TIMES THE STAFF MEMBER OF INDUS TOWER . INDUS TOWER HAS PAID ME MY PREVIOUS RENT ON MY IN NO. 1041639, NOW THERE IS CHANGE IN THEIR RECORD DATA & NOT MATCH MY DETAIL WITH IN NO. 1041639, I HAVE GIVEN MY PREMISES TO BHARATI AIRTEL CO. LTD. SINCE MAY 2004, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RENT FOR THIS RUNNING QUATER, PLESE SEND IT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, MY PREVIOUS RENT DRAFT. NO.IS 530212, FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 10 - TO SEPT. 10.

We have agreement only with Airtel to fix Airtel tower at our building but Vodafone and Idea telecoms are also running at the same tower, we wants to know Are Airtel given the permission to use Airtel tower for Vodafone and Idea services also - because we have not get any letter from Airtel corporate office for using Vodafone and Idea telecomes in the same Airtel tower - Please cooperate with us to avoid unauthorized persons entry at our building.

Needs to know:-
1. are Airtel company permit to use the Airtel tower for Vodafone and Idea at our building?.

or
2. are Airtel subleted to Vodafone and Idea to use Airtel tower at our building?

Airtel Tower details are

Tower rented by us in Hardhyan Singh Road, Karolbagh By Suresh Chand, 174, Rajdhani Enclave, New Delhi-34.
Till march 2010 the rent was being receipt by us regularly in time. But from April 2010 the rent has not been received. kindly look in to the matter and inform accordingly the action taken. Further we also requested for change of above Address to A-1/14, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-63. But no action has been from your side. For your information at action.
