[Resolved] Airtel TV — Non inclusion of promised channels as per the pamphlets | |||
Dear Sir, My name is Capt Jhilmil Mukherjee. I took your Airtel digital TV connection on 21 March 21, 2011. My customer ID is [protected]. I am attaching your information pamphlet with this mail which clearly shows the English movie channel WB to be a part of English Plus Package. As I am entitled to Economy sports package for the first 4 months which did not had any English channels as I wanted so I separately opted for the English Plus package. But then I was not given the channel WB. When I called your customer care executive they plainly refused any information of WB being a part of this package. Please look into this matter and please arrange to provide me all the channels that are shown in your pamphlet. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.
