[Resolved] Airtel — Unsubscribe Tv and video alerts | |||
I want to unsubscribe Live TV alerts and Video alerts but I am not able to do so. Everyday Rs. 5 for Live TV alerts and Rs.5 for Video alerts get deducted from my account. But I get no such alerts. The subscription service started without my consent and I am unable to find any way to deactivate this service.. Even in the Airtel website there is no information about these kind of alerts for which I am charged. I want this unnecessary charge to be stopped and I want the money back for which I was charged without my consent. Was this information helpful? | |||
