Sir/Madam, I got a message from "AT-AIRINF" reading "Thanks for downloading Hottie Naughty from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 50" I have not initiated to download any such application/VAS. Also by previous experiences I m sure that more balance will be deducted from my account as soon as recharge. Kindly deactivate these services and credit the charges back to my account. I got a message from "AT-AIRINF" on 03 Jul 2013 reading "Thanks for downloading value pack from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 50"
I have not initiated to download any such application/VAS. Also by previous experiences I m sure that more balance will be deducted from my account as soon as recharge. Kindly deactivate these services and credit the charges back to my account.

I am also charged Rs 120 for ADOFGAMES and when I see message of its getting activated after two days i immediately stop it but i am not refunded.

I CALLED UP AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ON 20TH SEPT 2008 AT 12:15PM TO KNOW ABOUT MY COMPLAINT, ID[protected].. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ANSWER THAT THE EXECUTIVE GAVE ME SO I ASKED HIM TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SENIOR OR THE FLOOR SUPERVISOR BUT HE DENIED N AFTER FEW MINUTES ON INSISTING THE EXECUTIVE STARTED A RUDE CONVERSATION THAT LEAD TO A CALL DISCONNECTION.. THE EXECUTIVE ACTIVATED (JOKES PACK), (LAUGHTER CLUB), ( VAS PACK 30) IMMEDIATELY..THE EXECUTIVE'S NAME IS PRASHANT. I REQUEST TO A STRICT ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THAT EXECUTIVE AND THESE KIND OF ISSUES CARIED OUT BY THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES...
