Airtel — wrong registration and activation | |||
Dear SIr, My self Aravind Kumar with consumer ID no [protected].I purchased the connection on 31-Oct-2011 and got the connection on 1-Nov -2011 services started with bengali/oriya regional pack ,were i requested for telugu regional after repeated calls they changed to telugu. when i Purchased the connection free validity was mentioned for 6 months but they disconnected service on 24-mar-2012 which a head of free period. when i call the lazy/mum service center they have given service request no 17326280,17257078 ,but till now there is no response regarding this, even i have submitted the copy of date of purchase receipt.Now they are saying vendor has cheated me,how can vendor activate the connection before i purchase,does the airtel should have common sense. i request no one should opt airtel and Zeetv -Dishtv which are worst among the service provider.
