[Resolved]  Airtel — wrongly charged

I have been using airtel service since last 5 years, but from last 2-3 months i am facing a problem of wrongly deduction of money from my account.
I use airtel internet service for which i use to recharge with Rs98 every month or as my package is over but instead of recharging with Rs 98 they charged me for the same from my main account and i lost Rs 80 for that and in last month also i have been wrongly charged for Rs 120 for the same and if i ask to give the details and refund me back my money they neglect it and try to give some baseless reasons such you have downloaded some package. so, i want justice against it and due to wrongly charged my balance were showing Rs0 and that same time i was in need to call and because of i dint make call and i have lost my important thing which was valued most for me so i want the lost amount of Rs10000 back and also the fair justice.
Please help me out to sort out these problem.

i had recharged with 999 superlifetime card on dec 01,2007. now instead of the promise of Re 1/- i m being charged Rs 2.25/-.i had contacted customer service hundreds of time but there is no response and no clarification received till date. if further i don't receive any clarification i will be compelled to go to consumer court. Is this the way the customers are satisfied!!
i am using airtel card for the purpose of internet connection on my pc and not for any other purpose but i was beeing charged for the hello tune service of the company which i have not activated and when i am telling them to file a complian they are saying no your complain can not be file as it and they are saying that your money can not be return back as well although i have not subcribe for the service
I AM USING THE AIR TEL LAST 5YEARS.BUT TILL DATE I HAD NO PROBLEM. SUDDENLY RS.100/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE WITH OUT ANY REASON ON DATED 29th FEB AT 8.00PM. AND 2nd INCIDENT RS.50/-AGAIN DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE DATED ON 2nd march 2008 AT 6.00PM.SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE COMPLAINED IN THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM THEM AND THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME PROPER ANSWER TO MY QUERY,WHY MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED.PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH ACCURATE EXPLANATION SUPPORTED BY FIGURES AT THE EARLIEST

OTHER WISE I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE THE MATTER WITH THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY AND CLAIM COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE GRIVENCES I HAVE GONE THROUGH.

I am using airtl last 3 years. but today my balance deduct Rs. 15 dated on 10.10.08. I don't no why dedect my balance. when I contact to your customercare Bhawana she could not satisfied me. This is a single handed mobile and i am not activate any service but she said to me that your account has been activate from missed call. some days befor my balance dedect Rs. 28. and I Contact to customercare. and I request him for deactivated missed call. I said to you that in future don't activate any service in my mobile . Please send me answer in my e-mail address and return my balance and deactivate missed call. my mobile no. dont trust airtel. They are bull-. Since last two months wenever i call airtel customer care. they always say that the money that was deducted wrongly from their side will be refunded. but they dont. they are thiefs. I rcvd a sms saying ' thanks fr downloading java game'. but i never did. and everytime i call, they say will be refunded. associates like- manoj, chirag, and who the ... Associates have no information. they keep on hold fr lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time and wen are unable to answer then cut the lines. even these associates have no dignity. Airtel is a company where customer is and her/ his problem is given no consideration... such a company should be shut down.
I'm using [protected] mobile number since 28th october 2005 as a corporate connection. It is used to expire on every 27th october. I have made payment for one year advance rental of Rs. 1198 last year which has been expired on 27th october 2008.
After that i have received too many calls for renewal payments but i have asked him that i want to convert it in prepaid in place of postpaid.
Then As per rule it has to be disconnected on that day, but they have imposed Rs. 298 plan with this number without get permission with me. This message was received by me from Shakarpur Outlet, where i was gone there for converting the connection as prepaid in place of postpaid.

I have made rest payment on the time and mailed him for this issue, then airtel's representative came to me and asked that your payment has been waived out and issue me another sim of prepaid.

After that this connection has been activated on 03-12-08. but after that i have received too many calls for the payment which was waived off and also received a letter for the payment and suggest me to contact Mr. Sumit SArkar at [protected], but sorry to say nobody has received or call me back till date.

As per Airtel's rule no convertion has been made without paying any outstanding, so if i'm wrong then how did it be possible.

my name is Deepak sisodiya cell no [protected] I have recharge my cell in 27th oct 2010 12:10 pm to 1 second per paise as per policy its wil be work 1 year but this facilty was worked ony one day... I was call 29 oct at customer care 121 & complint helpline 198 abot the same he was peovied servive reference CBDPA[protected] resolution time 2 nov.2010 before 2:30 pm ... we are call many time customer care & complaint but he was not provied any resolution & disconnected the call ..I have not will any resolution plz help me
i am a4 year old customer of airtel. but company has charged me for customized concessional tarrif rate. while compnay offers new sim card with lifetime free concessional services. so compnay have to provide all customer a same services.

My mobile no.[protected] balance wrongly debited by the company says its gprs used,but i dont used any vas services so please credit my whatever balance wrongly debited by the system, as i also talked to the 198 complaint no., nodal office, any any cr. of naodal office but they cant realise me, now if my wrongly debited balance not credited to my account i will port my no. to any other company, and in coversation to your customer care service person they said the system is not wrong,but i say your system has any problem yesterday because my account bal is around Rs90. than system diducted Rs39. as gprs charges as i dont used, than again its diducted and my balance come down toRs13, after some minutes again its shows to Rs.25 and after around 10pm i call std no.its discinnected says your account bal is RS0. and after 10 min i again dailed same std no. again i talked and same after 4min its discinnocted and balance check shows balance of Rs3.28 what the your system u talked. and between this procedure i send sms to your tollfree no 121 'LAST' its shows last 5 vas transaction deduction, but its shows u dont have any such tranacation
so i wait for your reply otherwise i will port my number

With reference to phone no.[protected]

i have plan with the 199, and normally i received bill for 500-700 which are my normally used.

but this month they have billed for the RS 2596 as data uses. but i really ddi not uses data like this

i am using 2G internet, its almost 4 times of my regular bill

2nd i am not a fullies whi using 2g internet for such amount
