though my problem is not exactly like yours, i agree to your situation.i have been using mobile office for 5 months and this time it has not been activated even after getting the recharge done.3 days have passed and the customer care says they dont have any record of this 498 recharge neither is the dealer willing to recharge it again.i received confirmation message after recharge and now they say it has not been recharged.i'm tired and frustrated and cant do my important work.instead i'm running from dfealer to airtel office but to no avail.

i could't connect to customer care of airtel...i am a airtel kolkata prepade customer...it's happened pevious 2 months...

yesterday A unknown person message me my personal details .. I have those message right now in my mobile..If you contact further and want to take action then please message me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in then I will proceed further.Will Airtel stop this nonsence ?

I am having my connection from last 5 year. My mobile number is [protected]. I am having Blackberry connection with Mobile office in it. I have applyed for the lowest rate applicable for blackberry to be charged with my connection.(may be @290 per month). But for last 2 month it was charged full(May be @990). For your information i have applyed personally and through letters to your corporate office as well as the cousomer care center at" City center" kolkata 2 month back. Kindly chk my billable amount. I will be wating for your reply.

I am using airtel service since last 4/5 months and indiaOne plan(599 rental). It is happening everymonth that without ringing in, it shows some duration of few seconds while calling STD number. Everymonth I am paying Rs.60 to Rs.70/- for that. Regarding that I have already spoke to customer care people. But They didnot respond. I also request for generating my userid to pay bill online. But is also pending since last 2 month. Kindly respond me ASAP.

on 18th Sept.'08 on the way to Airport I asked an Airtel shopkeeper to give me top up card of Rs.500 for my airtel prepaid no.[protected]. He replied I don't have 500 top card but I will top up with easy topup. I said ok what he done i don't know a message came with ID no.[protected] as I am in hurry for flight i left for airport but I call from that as I have no balance. I imformed the matter to my father as I am leaving. My father went to shopkeeper who said i dont know you said 500 rs. i sent it and my mobile is showing sucessfully sent rest you talk with the company. After enquiring it is found the Rs. 500 he sent for power recharege. Again my father went to shop which is too far from our place again he said I sent it and taken the money thas all you take up with the company.My fathe also went to a big Airtel dealer opposite Mahajati SADAN Kolkata in C.R. Avenue and narated the facts. But the lady over there said she cant help sitting customer care table. Now my question is do i have to forget about my Rs.500/- which I want as top up not as power. i am using a airtel prepaid connection for the last 5 years no [protected].
Last year february i recharged it with a 1 year validity copoun,
after recharging the phone shows a validity till february 2009.
till december 2008 the phone had a balance of Rs.42 also
but from december the no has been recyled by the company automatically
without any specific reason. when asked the reason why, the sales representative
answers, nothing can be done and i[censored] dont like airtel GET OUT OF OUR NETWORK

Rs. 350 payment for posted line but Out going & In coming facility disconnect without any resign.

Dear Sir,

I have got a post pad SIM (Air tel ) connection dated on 20/01/2009 which SIM no,[protected] & Mobil no, [protected] also I have payment Rs. 350 for SIM, I have got a cash memo slip which name is ‘LINK WAY’ N/19 Jessor Road(South), Barasat, Kolkata-124, At fast I have submit all paper like as Voter identity card, 2 copy photo, pan card Xerox, also verification my residential address.
On 21/01/09 morning I have got the network connect & facilitated all the program . But one day later that means 22/01/09 my neat work is not available/disconnected without any resign .
What happened my SIM is not activated? No any massage or any information last four days from Customer care or LINK WAY.
My family also Airtel customer last two years.
I requested to you solve my problem, which my suffering last four days also I have looser my business.

I have been contacting Airtel Helpline 4444 4555 during the last two days for getting land connection. Everytime they are telling that you would be connected within 24 hours. But till now I am yet to get any response. Should I shift to Vodafone for new land connection. I have been an user of Airtel connection during the last seven years.

Please advise.

Im Nadia and ive been using airtel prepaid system for the last 2 yrs.Since the mid of 2008 am using NOP (network on phone) by recharging 104 rp and getting a 24 hr 30 days net connection in my cell, .but i gotta tell u 1 simple thing airtel cellnet in india could'nt give me any better service.whn i was in bangladesh 2 yrs ago ive used their cell net, i got very good results frm gp (grameenphone) net service in my mobile.on the oder hand im very much happy wid the boradband system in india.but ive an urge to the airtel company that they should look after the problem sincerely.afterall they have a strong network system and a huge number of customers.so whts the harm of getting themselves involved wid the complaints of the customers!!!
