Balance Deduction

Hello Sir,

My Name : Divyesh Charadva
Cell No. : 9724247272
Scheme Activated : Amitabh Bacchan Blog Scheme


As per scheme mentioned above have been activated on my cell without my permission .
There was not a single call or a message was given to me for activating the above mentioned scheme and the officials of airtel have deducted Rs.10.00 from my account .
The time of activation of scheme 05.03 PM on 01/10/2011.

This thing is happening several times on my number and there is no response from the customer support side of the airtel company .

I had a talk with AMIT JADLI from airtel customer support there was no satisfactory response from him and has given a rude behavior and shouted "YOU WILL NOT REFUNDED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES".
When i asked them about complaing in consumer support, the answer was given to me "you can go anywhere and do whatever you want but you won't be refunded"

Being a customer i would not like to bare this behaviour of airtel company so on behalf of other customers i am complaining to your department please have a look on it and reply me as soon as possible .

I m using the airtel no 9810946711 . so far i don't have any complaints . I m frequently using this no from lat 3-4 years... but now a days i noticed tha t unnecessary my balance has been deducted and wen i used to go to call any of my friends/relatives ... the sound comes that "PLEASE CHEK UR BALANCE IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO CALL"

On last 4-5 days when i checked my balance i noticed the balance of Rs45 has
been deducted from my account.. i really shocked....
immediately call in the customer care and he assured me that ur balance has been credited to ur a/c on 28th feb . but so far i could not received any amount...

I just wanna know that "Is this right to harrass ur old clients".. i m also using two postpaid connections of airtel/.... and i really very happy satisfying with mypostpaid connections. SO I ONLY REQUESTED U THAT DO THE NECESSARY AND CREDITED MY DEDUCTIONS AMOUNT TO MY NO. 98109746711 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

Hi,

I requested for a broadband connection from your site http://airtel.in
and on 9th aug 2011, i got a call from one of your representative
"Deepak".

I filled the CEF form with CEF No.2764378 and paid Rs. 2000/- in cash
to him but there is no update since that time.

Both of his nos are not reachable(09027989144, 08010005969).

Even now there is no solution with Customer Care as well. They are trying to manipulate the issue and I have been asked to get in touch with AirTel hub.(shop no.10, Mahalaxmi plaza, 5/74, Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad) and they also have no update on this.

I have similar problem, in my case Hungama Club has been activated without my approval on 12th Sept, and I came to realise on 28th Sept that on my prepaid account approximately Rs12 per day have been deducted, and reply from the Airtel representative was similar like "I dont have any procedure to refund your account", I dont understand how it could get activated and how could they charge with out its actual usage. I am getting charged for with out even using this service? Are there any procedures to get this issue address?
