I am having al jawal mobile # [protected] and I receieve message from 806620 which deducts 5 sar everyweek. I want to block this message to my mobile number immediately.

i have deduction of 5 sar. every month.since last 3 months, when i tried to call help center, always that is busy, i dont know for which service they are deducting.pleas help me, my number is [protected].other wise i have to close the sim.

Once i entered in the webside and gave my mobile number, without any reason, and some unwanted message from 802601 automatically deducted 5SR.every weekly message.my mobile#[protected];please tell me how to stop that message from 802601;

Almost the same problem here, 1.30-Riyal is being deducted from my mobile #[protected] every morning (even I turned-off my mobile for the whole night). The message says that my last call cost 1.30-Riyals (even I did not use my mobile). Why is this happening? Isn't this tantamount to stealing?

I encountered the same problem as I am being deducted of 5 SR for a ringtone which I did not received. Please take a necessary action for this problem as soon as possible..

2times i approched the nearest stc office for soluation of 5SR. DEDUCTION from [protected] every week.please help and advice how to stop or take action of this matter.
