My name is khaled Pervez my Mobile No: [protected] and I was facing same problem from last 2 years.
After calling and visiting stc office I had stopped charging my number only for very important calls.
I am using this number for receiving calls only. I am using my new number for calling my friends. I advise you to follow same, I mean subscribe new mobily service and be connected with your friends and family.
