I HAVE AN ATM CUM DEBIT CARD, BUT IT DOES NOT WORKING AS A DEBIT CARD, WHEN MADE A TRANSACTION ON LINE IT GIVES AN ERROR "This debit/credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your debit/credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your debit/credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different debit/credit card".

ma atm card no [protected] my a/c no [protected] 25.5.2013 my a/c was detected 300 rupees but cash was not in my hand.
so sir as soon as possible cash refund my a/c
