Sub. Problem in cash remittance by RTGS/NEFT

Sir,
Respected sir I am Gauri Shankar agrawal account holder account number CA [protected] of the Allahabad bank BIRSINGHPUR branch under ZO satna (M.P.).
I was going to birsinghpur branch for fund transfer through RTGS/NEFT. I have deposited the cash in a working day and wanted to transfer the fund in same day but branch manager has told me I am not transferring your fund because you have deposited cash recently and RTGS/NEFT not doing in a same day I will transfer your fund in the next working day with the opening balance.
This problem has done big loss in my business and same problem has been faced by other current account holders this problem has not been faced by me for the last three years but this time this branch manager has created a problem.
If this is a rule so why have done my fund transfer in these year . In my family we have four current account and over monthly turn over 70 lacks .
Please draw your attention in my complaint and do the needful action against this branch manager otherwise suggest me another option for fund transfer.
