Dear Sir,
I Mr. Prafulla Ku. Panda having an account no. 20273181053 in your bank .I am an employee of MAYFAIR Hotels and Resorts Ltd. My salary is Credited every month to this account number. It’s a normal account so please convert it into salary account, so that we can have the facility related to salary account. Unfortunately last month you had deducted another Rs.100/-from my account. Please revert back the same as soon as possible.
As a good official please short out this problem as soon as possible.
