Alto Lxi — AC,Clutch,Window &horne

Hi,
I have purchased alto lxi on Date 18june2010 but after that i have not satisfied as below detailes

1. Ac is not properly working & when it starts work then it is
untilness or bad voice.
2. When i open the window there is again starts sound.
3. When i press the clutch then is not pressed properly.
4.Horn is not working

This is the Condition of last 9 months please confirm what is the
warrenty period & what is the gaurenty period.
Please think about this matter & do the neadfull & urgently.........
