[Resolved] Amaron Battery Din55 (Flo) — Amaron battery non functional in 9 months | |||
Dear sirs, I have purchased Amron battery (batch no.[protected]DIN-55(FLO)--From your Nashik Dealer--M/S R.M.GOTHI--3-4,Sahyadri building,Sharanpur Link road on 26.12.09--Inv.no.5683/09-10 for my car Corsa as replacement(OEM battery--Exide-usued for 5 yrs)on the recommendation of our car dealer M/S Jitendra wheels--Nashik. However in Sept.10,last week,battery was totally dead & we really got standed arond 40 kms.on Highway from Nasik.I personally alongwith mechanic returned the battery to M/S R.M.GOTHI,the next day.The battery was Recharged & fitted to car Again after a week car could not be started,as battery was Dead.This was returned again to said Dealer & I requested for Free Replacement--as battery was dead twice within 9 months. To my surprise,The Treatment from said Dealer was VERY VERY BAD & even the staff was very Arrogant. I had also reqested to one Mr.Jain--working in Dealer's shop & asked for Replacement(the said battery is guaranteed for 2 yrs.).Now may I request you to look into matter & arrange for replacement.
