I ordered a book on2/27/11 and a Calendar. I received the calendar and not the book. You charged my account 2/27/11. You sent the book to a old address in Wichita and my new address has been changed twice. Would like the amount removed from my bill and I will not order from you again if this matter is not taken care off. Seems no one is doing anything about it.

I do not recall making any purchases fro Amazon at any time let along on February 25th.

I also ordered a pair of Porsche sunglasses and it's been almost 10 days, I checked for my tracking number and it's none.I tried to contact them and an answer machine tells you to leave a message but gives an error.I'm starting to get worried, my order number with them is 3110.

i ordered an old lucille ball movie as a gift. when received it was an old style tape and the tape was so brittle that it immediately disinigrated when injected into the vcr. never worked, even 1 time!
