I havve a billing on my credit card and I'm trying to find out what I had purchased.


I have a charge on my credit card from Feb.27, 2008.

I would like to know what it is from.

Amazon.com — fraudulant charges

When I rec'd. my bank stmt. there were 6 charges to Amazon.com totaling $251.93 that I didn't make. I haven't ever ordered anything from Amazon, & don't have an account with them.

I or my wife placed any ordrs thru amazon at the date you say we did. I have contacted my credit union to take acton on these charges if I do not hear from you. charges were made on OCT. 22 FOR 16.97 AND AGAIN ON OCT.22 for 27.98 please help resolve this without legal action

On November 6, 2009, I placed an order for two books "Back to Basics for the Republican Party." The only reason I ordered two books instead of one was your offer of free shipping for an order exceeding $25.00. I noticed on the email received from you that I was charged $4.98. I could find no way to contact you other then to learn of shipping date. Yesterday, I received my credit card statement and was able to learn of your email address for a complaint. I have charges on my card I did not authorized. I called the first month they showed up on my card and asked for it to stop. I spoke witha supervisor who said she would stop these charges and refund any charges that were placed on my card. The charges are still hitting my card. I want them removed.

Amazon.com — Did not receive dvd ordered

I ordered a DVD of An American Werewolf in London From Northwest Traders thru
Amazon.com on March 9, 2010. I never received the DVD but the charge showed
up on My Mastercard this month of $14.96.

The order number Was[protected] and the reference number on the
mastercard is 5543286EM001Y9810.

I gave this address to Northwest traders in an E-mail so they could solve this

bought a stereo on jan 20 2009 paid 315.00 for it. lost reciept .called amazon and explained i need a copy of my reciept for warranty they told me that i didnt buy it from them.on my bank statment it gives AMZN.amazon.com bill wa 1200. i even told them about the proof i bought it from them from my bank statment. they couldnt help me. so i dont have a reciept . so my warranty is void.
