As Within A Week I'm Goin To Join Over There.. In BBM SHIPPING.

i was a student of amet university and my 2nd year is in UK.We paid a flight fees of 40, 000 rs which they looted us.the ticket fare was just rupees 25, 000 and we demand our refund.they looted us in many ways and atleast we are demanding this refund

so i will not join this university
i expected more
iam really disappointed

AMET CHENNAI IS THE WRST COLLEGE AND IS A SHAME FOR THE WHOLE MARITIME INDUSTRY, , , GUYS DONT EVER JOIN AND GT CHEATED IN THS COLLEGE, , , I WAS A STUDENT OF FIRST HND BATCH TO STC...THEY CHEATED US LOOTING OUR 50000 RS AS PLACEMENT FEE AND NT PRVDNG ANY PLACMNTS...NW BST CLLG IS VELS ACADEMY...GUYS CAREFUL

Hey buddy before criticizing about AMET just make your self sure and then proceed. Look its really un professional and illogical talking about placements. Join the university to gain knowledge nor to make yourself secure for the Campus Job. If you are talented enough then no need to depend on other bell will ring your door definitely. Its not like I am supporting AMET even I have ma own grievances towards it. Rest is acceptable regarding food stuff, higher fees cheating the students etc.

yeah Scorpion_King is wright, iam also studing in AMET i accept wat is happning in canteen, as we put our complints on tis nothing is going to happen let us take tis to the authroties and c wat is gonna happen.lets hope for the best.

amet is nt only good but the best college for maritime studies.
i hav passed out n m working wid anglo eastern shipping company.
almost all of the students were placed during 4 years of my stay.
hav u gauys above been bribed 4 lying n spreading dese rumours.
yes the canteen point is acceptable

dude i ttly agree this university sucks tehy dnt provide good food, hostels are not clean walls are leaking nd no sufficent power supply in hostels...
amet ppl are gettin beaten up outside by the localites and management is not doin anythin they say they cant help it nd nd they are takin donations for addmisson abt 3 to 5 lakhs... so plzzz dnt join this place called amet it suckzz they aree cheaters and there 0 percent palcement...they are cheaters j.ramachandran is a theif he is playin with childrens life for money... plzzz plzzz plzzz dnt join i ve done a big mistake by cuminhere but plzz u dnt do this mistake...

Guys, I heard AMET gives Provisional Appointment Letters even before joining the course. One of my friend has got a Provisional Appointment Letter 2 days ago by AP Moller-Maersk. He is going to enroll in a 4 months course. They have asked him to pay 1.5 lakhs. Is it genuine ??, do students get placed like that, i.e., even before admission ??. All this looks like a gimmick to me... What is going on really, can somebody explain this in detail ???
