I have paid 3 years subscription to Amrita Diabetic Welfare Association, affiliated to Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Kochi. But I am not receiving the periodical Diabeat English inspite of several complaints on telephone. They have not provided the email id so I have to depend only on telephone calls. Except for one person Gopa Kumar no body in this office can understand and speak English. I have sent a letter also to this effect but they are just ignoring the matter.
