A Person Name Vijay banga working as Professor in the Department of ECE of Amritsar College of Engg & Technology. he is making wrong and cheating the universities, AICTE and student that he has completed his Ph.D from the Thaper University Patiala. But he has not completed even his thesis is not submitted. he is simply enroll for the same. and also he do't have expereinec of 10 yrs as per the norms of AICTE at the time of Appointment. i request the Univerities official like Deans ti take an action regrading this Matter but nobody listen it. so in order to view the carrier of student and stand red of education norms. a strict action must be taken by the Universties and AICTE.
