[Resolved] Amul Dairy — Bad quality milk

we are using amul milk from last Three months in The month of November 2011 after 20Th Nov we have not received good quality milk it was heavily giving smell and we were not able to drink we have made complaint to distributor m/s shivam amul parlor Mr pralad bagda A -26 chitrakoot stadium market vaishali nagar Jaipur to check The milk but he didn't respond we are very surprised but from 20 Nov to 26 Nov we found same problem in The milk and we request to amul dairy distributor to check The quality of complaint but he said we have no margin to supply milk n we are doing free service to provide you milk and we have no guarantee about The quality of milk i[censored] want to take milk Then you take oTherwise we will not supply its your wish after That we stopped The supply The milk and requested to him to refund our balance payment. he refunded only 120/- in lieu of Rs 174/- (4 days 27 to 30 Nov and 2 days he skipped The supply in November total 6 [protected]@29/- p kg) we are very surprised That The amul dairy should be a quality product company but we found The negative response.

Amul Dairy Milk — General store is charging more on each Amul Dairy Milk

Dear Sir,

Myself Spruha Jadhav. I am residing in Ambernath. There is a general store in our area who is charging Rs.2/- more per 500 mltr of amul dairy milk. The MRP is Rs.10/- but sometimes he is charging Rs.11.50/- and sometimes Rs.12/-. My question is when the MRP is Rs.10/- then why we should pay him Rs.12/-. Please let me know what can be done about it.

We are having complaint with Amul toned milk for past 15 days in vaishali Ghaziabad. There is unusual foam when milk is boiled and when added to tea. Tea and curd taste is different. Please look into the matter. We are purchasing milk from general store in Supertech residency, sector 5 Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

Dear sir

This is to inform you that the quality of Amul milk is not good these days.
When we boil the milk it gets burnt at the bottom and then the milk gives a smell of burnt milk. I am purchaing milk from shop at sonipat (Haryana). Please look into the matter as it is a serious problem as Amul is the leading brand in India.

inside the tetra pack the butter milk is dully freeze like gelitine type of butter and which realy not good at taste and when I complaint to the retailer he reply that it is company defected product please look out into these matter seriously

I have been using amul milk since the past 6-7 years, never faced any problem with quality. Since 2 days milk seems to be completely adulterated with some chemicals, I had to throw 2 lit milk yesterday, tday again quality is very poor. Please look into the matter, so that our faith remains maintained.
