[Resolved]  Amul Taaza Milky Milk — Quality of Milk

Dear Sir/Ma'm
This is a complaint against the quality of milk we are getting in our area. We have brought this to the notice of our local vendor a few times before, and he ensured us of our complaint being forwarded to the concerned people/department of Amul, but seems he did not do it.
So, finally I am forwarding this complaint to you requesting for prompt action to address this issue as this is doing none o[censored]s any good.

Here are some of the irregularities that we as consumers have experienced in the milk in the recent past.
1. Density of the milk.
2. Stickyness in the curd.
3. Tampered with packaging.
4. Color of the milk turning yellowish after boiling.
5. A thick layer of (Malai) gets formed, which can be stretched like rubber.

Lastly, I would like to add that there are 2 old people (my parents) & a small child in my family. And I am not at all willing to take any risk with their health.
So, I request you to take immediate action on this issue as it is super critical for both me & your company, as it enjoys a huge market share and a vastly spread distribution network.
