[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — DEDUCTIONS ON CLOSING OF SB ACCT

Sir,
1. It is intimated that have opened an account with Andhra Bank (1157) hyderabad on 16 Jan 2007 and closed the same on 04 Nov 2009. My SB Account Number is [protected].

2. Rs. 88/- have been debited as Closing of Account Fee, when I asked the rule position, manager was unable to show the same. No such intimation / information desplayed in the branch. I am a customer and I should know the rule position.
