I HAVE BOOKED RAILWAY TICKETS THROUGH IRCTC AND USING DEBIT CARD AND CANCELED THE SAME BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD. THE REFUNDED AMOUNT. MY SAVING ACCOUNT IS WITH YOU NEW DELHI DWARKA SECTOR 06 BRANCH.

whenever and wherever you go for an andhra bank atm it is simply displayed that "OUT OF ORDER"
May i know when it works properly, atleast once in year?
I[censored] don't know the maintainance why are you placing atm's in each city
shame on your bank atm's, learn atm maintainance from private banks atleast

I Swachhal Satapathy a customer of your bank .I have account at ANDHRA BANK, BHANJANAGAR dist_GANJAM, ORISSA with account No.SB_01_7597.I had withdrawn Rs-2.800/-from the BHANJANAGAR ATM on 8th sept 2008, but I got only
2, 300/-.I have given a no of complains in the Bhanjanagar branch but still there is no response.so I request you to kindly consider my problem & return my 500/- rupees.

Sub : Issue of New Debit Card in lieu of existing one.


I am in possession of Andhra Card International (AB POWER) Debit Card No. [protected] whose validity is upto 03/2010.

The card has developed a long crack across the length of the magnetic band for almost 3/4 of the card and there is a threat for the card getting stuck in the ATM, when used in this condition.

It is requested to please issue a New Andhra Card International (AB POWER) Debit Card to me early so taht the existing broken debit card can be scarpped.

Charges, if any, for issue of new debit card, may please be debited from my account.

This email may please be treated as application for the new card, and card be issued.

Hi this is Habibulla.shaik. i lost my atm card in my room in vijayawada. my ac.no is asb 211101 the account frm chilakaluripet branch. sir i lost my 45000 cash somebody has taken from two transcations were happend in SBI and one from andhra bank. the particular details of atm branches are SBI1- S1AN00188101at 28/03/09 and second from S1AN00145701 at 29/03/09 and andhra bank details are DC559301 at 30/03/09.sir please kindly details of atm bank addresses.

Presently I am having account with your andhrabank vikasnagar branch, dilshuknagar. I lost my ATM card during the month of October, 2008 and immediately informed to the concerned for freezing the card. In the same month I applied for the card once in october and again as per the adivse of the branch authorities on Januray 2009. Surprisingly, so far I have not received the card so far. But my accound was debited in this month twice for the ATM charges. Please inform me the position.

Non-functioning of ATM Card
I am working Asst.Secretary to Govt, GAD A.P. Secretarait salary is being credited through ECS govt.Cheque) to Andhra Bank R.P. Road Branch, Secunderabad for the last few years. The R.P. Road Branch has Debit Card bearing No.[protected] and the joint A/c No.ABG/2/102243 (STAFF) husband of Smt V Aruna Bai, Malkajgiri Branch, Hyderabad. The Debit Card has now become non-functional for the last few months and an e-mail was also sent to the banking authorities to the customers care about three to four days back but there is no response from the banking authorities.
May I request the authorities to rectify the same or issue afresh card

I hv not done any transaction from my ATM since 3 years. I have asked reason from local branch and they reply that as i hv not made any transction since last one year so my ATM is blocked.

So please this is a kind request to is that pleaze unblocked my ATM service as soon as possible so that i can reuse it and can get my due payment in my account.
