[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — ATM / Debit Card

We have the Salary accounts for our company with Andhra Bank in Secunderabad.

They claim to have computerized system etc, but their services are so poor:

1. Two of my staff are yet to get their ATM/Debit cards for more than six months now. 7 applications have been submitted.

2. It has been two months since one of my directors has applied for reissue of the ATM/Debit Card (since the old one broke), NO IDEA when the card will be issued.

3. Atleast once a year the ATM Services break down - Account is debited but no money comes out. It takes them one month to revert the entry.

When we meet the Manager, all he will say is he is helpless himself.

Can ANDHRA BANK any responsible official in Andhra Bank answer?

Dear Sir/madam,

I had an account in andhrabank. By mistake, I had used the pin number of atm card wrongly 3 times. Now it is showing a message that my card is blocked. may I know the process, how to re-activate the atm card.i had savings bank account in andhra bank bhogir branch at nalgonda, andhra pradesh with account name pati visruthi.please solve this problem as early as possible.

my a/c with ur mulund west branch is - [protected]. I went to withdraw the cash with my atm/debit card from thane atm of andhra bank on 28/7/11 on @9.15am, it is observed that neither the amount of rs.3500/- (which could't come out from machine) nor the slip. I immediately check the balance from nearby bank at thane & found that rs.3500/- has been already debited from my a/c. the staff told me that I've to give a writing complaint at my own branch only. When i contact branch manager on phone she also told me the same thing & assured that i'll get my money after due course of time.
Now my question is that a person is always in need of money when he goes to atm. If such thing happens in machine (by any error), he has to suffer unnecessarily and process o[censored]r bank not to take take customers complaint on phone is very regretful, shameful and like backward type in such age of banking competition and fast technology. I request to some o[censored]r authorized officer to kindly draw a serious attention and rectify the necessary mistakes so that the common people should not suffer.

Is andhra bank atms work properly in other atms. I faced many problems

I have noticed that Andhra bank is deducting 20 Rs with my every transaction (2nd and 3rd transaction) when i am withdrawing money from other bank's ATM. As per my knowledge this extra 20 Rs charges should be deducted after 5th transaction from another bank’s ATM.
So I am requesting you please do the needful action as early as possible and please refund my deducted money as early as possible.

This is Ramu, i am Andhra Bank A/C holder from 2007 year(visakhapatnam), this ATM only used for atm money transaction and booking tickets ONLY from IRCTC(no need of cvv number for andhrabank),

But it is not working for online transacitons becz backside of this ATM not showing CVV number.
