[Resolved] Andhra Bank — internet banking transaction password, Login password and also OTP | |||
As per my previous complaint respond the customer care of Andhra Bank but they ask me user id and debit card No.the same time I dont remember my debit card No.I said I am in office when I went to home for lunch I will see No.get back then he said I will call back to at 3 pm I said ok.during the calling period he asked you will received a message of reset password but didn't received any messages after some I will trying login my A/c the same time login facility also removed then attempt to reset login password through provided facility then I submit request but OTP is not received I wait for upto 30 minutes but OTP is not received after that web page was expired then I was try once again for reset login password but reply will come that you exceed maximum attempts. I think was trying to call the No.which I was received call of customer care but incoming calls were not allowed to that No. What can I do now My actual problem was the transaction Password after the complaint Login password also not working reset facility also withdrawn what is solution for this problem I think Technical problem OTP to mobiles OTPs or not came..Please resolve my problem Immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
