[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Insulting of Customer | |||
Its very ridiculous to talk with people of Andhra Bank. They behave indecently towards customers. Both Manager and Asst. Manager who must help customers are insulting the customers by their harsh words. We got annoyed of their action. Needless to say they abuse us with ceratain words which are unfair to speek. We went to check our belongings at the locker facility. They abused us that lockers were given to such people who are wothless and there are many people waiting to pay us lakhs of rupees for lockers. The same way with the family members of the deceased ones when they try to close accounts of the deceased relatives. So I'm lodging a complaint against their rude behaviour.
