[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Internet Banking

A K ANJANI not responding well to the customers.when i asked to update the passbook, she told that bank hours are closed and she is sleeping in on duty.ANDHRA BANK, Alcot gardens, Rajahmundry, east godavari dist, A.P.

I have applied for Andra bank education loan in Vivekananda nagar, hyderabad and spent around 11 thousand rupees on legalization and valuation of property(KPHB MIG flat) and visited the bank more than 10 times and AGM always said i will get the loan soon and after one month he said he could not give the loan as the property do not have BPS. So i lost precious time wasted and money also wasted so i lost belief in Govt banks.

I have been using internet banking from a month. Even though i am using correct username and password it is showing application setup error, what shall i do. please guide me in this regard.

I have saving bank account in Andhra Bank, Dombivli(E) Dist: Thane. Initially when I applied for internet banking, due to renovation work in the branch, the concerned officer on my repeated requests (because of my transfer to other place) intimated that my application for internet is lost. He advised to apply for fresh. Accordingly I did. After few days, I was given username and password and also I was briefed by young officer on how to operate internet banking. Till date I have no problem in operating internet banking and it's going on very smoothly.

Andhra Bank, Dombivli Branch in Mumbai, Thane Dist is 90% ladies run bank. All the Officers/Staff including branch manager are very cooperative hence without hustle bustle the day today banking transaction is performed and the entire area residents prefer this bank.

A call from customer care service to create transaction password after taking ATM card no. from me advised me to charge Rs.22/- for creation of transaction pass word. Whether it is as per RBI Guidelines and ATM card no. is required for the same.

I applied for the internet banking few months back the bank member said that the login and transcation password will be send to u through a courier but I did not received any courier yet now two day back I tried to login into internet banking page when I entered the user id to set the password it is not generating cust id 23448701 please generate password

when i login i get message that problem in application setup.
can u solve

I am an account holder of andhra bank of branch 7tombs I need to conclude you that when I'm doing a net banking the OTP is not
Reaching to me on my given number I think that at the time of submitting the application some mistake was done by me or the present person who did online filling so I need to change the number I am facing problem in doing net banking so what's the process to correct it tell me please what to do

with due respect I am customer of your bank. I have an account .I am trying to open internet banking but shows an error the account id is invalid.so pls solve it.
