[Resolved]  Andhra Bank - SBI Debit Card — Lost money from ATM

I am Anji..I tried to draw RS.6000/ from SBI ATM.But money is debited from my AndhraBank account.then I had given complaint at my Branch next day.they said that after 12 working days,my money is refund to my account...So I suzzest SBI to change software...

1.After complition of transaction only money is debited from Account.

But
SBI Algorithm is like this

1.Take Card
2.read Info
3.get details
4.get Which transaction
5.(let us withdraw) Rs.100
6.Check avilability in ATM
7.bebit amount from account
8.Flow money transaction

So ,,I suzzest steps 7 and 8 should interchange...
After successful complition only money is bedited..
