I am working in railway as a commercial staff. I had been posted at ahmedabad and was working in retiring room. I had given rest after night. I had gone to rajkot and came back ahmedabad to after taking rest to take a leave on the next day as i have some personal work. I had came to inform my friend at that time some rpf staff who was on duty caught me and started arguing against me. They then started beating me and kept me in their room for 12 hours. Their also they beat me till morning and lodged a complaint of drinking and disturbing in the govrnment work. Though they had not taken any medical. They had already drunk. They had beaten me so much that my nose got broken and it got fractured. I had been transfered to a village called talod on the request of their seniors so that i cant fight the matter in the court.
